Showcase Pricing
The pricing for Showcase Workshop is as follows:
- $29 + tax per user per month for the first 50 users.
- $19 + tax per user per month for users 51–100.
- $10 + tax per user per month for any users over 100.
All prices are in USD. There is a billing cap of $6,200 per month + tax so this is the maximum you will pay for a standard subscription.

Showcase Return Policy?
For online purchases from Showcase, the return policy allows for returns within 30 days of delivery. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment. However, the cost of shipping the return will need to be covered by the customer.
To initiate a return, a Return Authorization number is required. This number can be obtained by filling out a form on their website, and it will be emailed within 48 business hours. The item, along with its original packaging and all required accessories, should be repackaged. The R.A. number should be written in large numbers on the outside of the box. The shipping company and service level of choice can be used to return the order. Once the return is received, the returns team will process it and issue a refund to the original form of payment.
Unfortunately, online returns cannot be accepted in-store at this time.
For in-store purchases, Showcase guarantees products are free from manufacturer defects for 30 days after purchase with a valid receipt unless otherwise noted on the receipt. If a product is found to have a manufacturer defect, Showcase will issue an exchange or store credit.
Please note that returns or exchanges on sanitizer, masks, gloves, face shields, wipes or other PPE are not accepted for hygienic reasons.
The refund policy for in-store purchases differs from the online return policy. The refund for online returns is usually processed in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-7 days after the return is received and processed.
At this time, items can only be exchanged for different sizes and colours. If a different item is desired, the item will need to be returned and a new order placed.
